On June 10 2022, Singer Justin Bieber revealed his condition in a three-minute video on Instagram.

"I want to update you guys what's been going on, obviously as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome and it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis," he said.

According to mayoclinic.org, Ramsay Hunt syndrome (herpes zoster oticus) occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.

"As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can't smile on this side of my face..." He added.

A few weeks ago, Justin Bieber's Justice World Tour, which began in February, announced that he postpone the three shows. Which is June 7 and 8 at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto. Also, on June 10 in Washington D.C.

"For those frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I'm just physically, obviously not capable of doing them," he said. Bieber added, "My body's telling me I've got to slow down. I hope you guys understand."

The Canadian singer wanted his fans to understand and be patient. He's unsure how long it would take to heal. But he's insisted that he would "get back to normal" because he added that he has been doing facial exercise.

"I trust God. I trust that this is all for a reason," he concluded. "Not sure what that is right now, but in the meantime, I'm going [to] rest."

So, what about his concert in Indonesia?

Even until now, PK Entertainment ---the organizer of Justin Bieber in Indonesia- has no official statement. But according to justinbiebermusic.com, Bieber's concert schedule in Indonesia on November 2 and 3 is still on schedule as before.

"I just want Justin Bieber to fully recover from his illness. It's okay for me if the concert has to be postponed as long as Justin Bieber recovers 100%," said Adis, Belieber from Indonesia. "Because it makes me sadder to know my idol is not okay rather than the postponed concert," she added.
