"Does god really exist? yes, i believe he exists, although scientifically speaking he could hardly be, and i dont even know if he really exists, but i just believe, i WANT to believe, coz i sense the divine of this world, of the beauty of what he created. yes, it is not rational, yet believing IS never about rational, it is about what makes us feel right, what makes us feel better, and what makes us feel alive...
it's just like when u like a person yet u dont know if he likes u, yet u believe that he likes u, and u would do stupid things to try to make him notice u, to try to find out that if he likes u, that is not rational, but that is sweet...or when ur loved one is in the state of unclear peril, that if he's already died or not, and there are indications that he already dead, u continue to believe he's alive, as long as there's not a proof that says he died, that is also not rational, but that is hope..
the world may not be the perfect place, there are always bad things waiting to happen, there are some blinded faith with blinded acts that even god himself could not forgive, but that is life. sure, there are tons of bad things, but there are also tons of good things, let's just say that god is just...so why insist on looking on bad things and forget about the good things? when the right attitude should be forget about the bad things and looking forward to the good things...
even if god really doesnt exist, that is not the most important part, it doesnt even matter to question whether he exists or not, or to cling to the literal part, to insist that he must exist, those are never the important issues...it is never wrong to question his existence, coz it is the human things to do, it is curiosity, and it is curiosity that leads human to this advanced era, not just living in a mere cave anymore, human curiosity could be god's greatest gift...and it is never right to insist on his existence, coz when u insist that he exists, then what is the point of believing anymore?
in the end, the most important is, what we believe could actually bring u hope, happiness, and alive, so believing in god maybe irrational, but in a way it is also beautiful...and I BELIEVE that all of those are the gifts that he grants us to live better in this beautiful world (that he created?).
