Social Manajemen is one hope for Indonesia, wiht social manajemen we can bulding focus, strength, and networking in collaboration developing. In this country there is a lot of social program, social money, social man, and all of this become social source for Indonesia. Harmony of social in working is the key for accelerate our government achievement.
I belief collect source in community and developing them for growth in the right way is the highest stage for empowering community. With this mindset we must start from manage our source and potential in good organizer and management. The organization that collect this source must have power for deciding, driving, monitoring, and evaluation of the source. After organzier social potential, we can continue in analys our need with survey need asessment. From this, we can know, what is strategic policy is needed in determine program with minimum effort and optimum result.
Social must be character and mindset of all movement of oru govenrment in all departement, i.e. health, education, financing, agriculture, informatic, and also politic. So, all source will include social impact in their plan, their project, their policy, and their evaluation. No program is permitted without standard social impact. Assertiveness, courage, and toughness is value important to build this idea in our home.
This Sociopreneur must build in good willingness and awareness from sincerity heart. Sincerity is not just about statement, or just theory. We must plan to make sure that all of our project is done with sincerity, not popularity, or just routines. We must remind in every project will be plan, start up, conduct, and end of the project.
And the second value is achievement oriented, to get well achievement we need vision and commitment. The vision of social nationality must have practice, specific, measurable, and achievable goal. The vision must be accpeted with all departement, company, and citizens to crossed the lineofideology.
The last thing we must plan is building system that can continue social project in collaboration but with the independence of continuity.
Finnnaly, we must start from manage our source and continue with social mindset of movement of government, and finish with social empowering and building independence. This sociopreneur is solution for our country, and remind, there is still hope.
