At the end, Einar refuses to be called Einar and insists to use name Lili. He wears female clothes all the time. He states that Einar is dead, that Lili is trapped inside a wrong body. Gerda realizes that Einar she used to love is gone forever, tries to help Einar get the body Lili wants. She arranges a meeting with a doctor who wants to do the gender reassignment surgeries.
