Become A Good Leader

What's up against readers, this time I will tell you about "Bidel Inside" and what will be discussed entirely is Bidel? Because many people who are not seminarians often ask what is Bidel and what are they doing? So Bidel is the same as the intra-school / OSIS in Junior High School or Senior High School as usual. Bidel is also divided into several sections that deal with certain fields such as religious, social, disciplinary, infrastructure, and cleaning. Of the 5 fields, there are sections that help Bidel. Usually, Bidel 1 is in charge of scheduling religious events, Bidel 2 oversees the sociality of seminarians, Bidel 3 oversees discipline, Bidel 4 prepares infrastructure for seminarians, Bidel 5 oversees the cleanliness and health of seminarians.
 
So what Bidel did was quite heavy. Maybe the chosen person has experience and can manage the seminarians in everything. In my opinion, Bidel is very important at the seminary, an example of announcing important things. And also being a leader is not what people think, and they also have to sacrifice, as Bidel must care about the complaints of seminarians and inform the request to staff. It is not easy for Bidel to notify complaints to staff and authorities have provided uncertain information. That's why the seminarians here seminarians are taught and are required to be good and true leaders.

Maybe many people say being a leader is a fun thing because people tend to be submissive and respectful towards it. Leadership is also often misused to do negative things and for its own sake. And of course, this will make his subordinates feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, this leader will slowly damage the things he implements.

This leadership is not a small matter and not for mere pleasure. if a country is led by a greedy leader in the sense that it always wants wealth or wealth, then the country will not be able to achieve its glory and perhaps severely will make the country destroyed and harm many people. we just take an example like our beloved country, Indonesia. many officials in this country misuse the meaning of leadership. the impact is very influential on the development of this country and becomes a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. 

From the abuse of leadership, many of our communities are victims. Even though they don't know anything about this, but they are still affected. Many of them complained about their money and their rights being taken away by irresponsible leaders. and use it for temporary worldly interests. That is why the leadership spirit has to be instilled since childhood. First of all, so that we can lead ourselves from all temporal desires that are very tempting and can direct ourselves and others to the right path.

A leader should be wise in all things that deserve to be emulated and imitated. he must be able to make us unite and fight with each other together in achieving common goals. Leaders must also act fairly on their subordinates so that their subordinates feel comfortable when they are led. Leaders also don't have to be perfect which is important they can give their best to their subordinates. On the other hand who are led must also think broadly and not only be selfish but also have to think like a knight, in order to achieve a common goal and for the sake of forming a brilliant effort.
