Unforgettable Experience in Celebrating Indonesia Independence Day

On 17 th August 1945 is  the historical moment of Indonesia. At the moment Indonesia got Independence day. People of Indonesia always celebrate it annually. It is a festival freedom for Indonesia. Some competitions will be held everywhere. The spirit of the competitor can we see when they participate that competition.  I also did that.

There were many competition that all people can participate indeed in my hometown. Such as ; Climbing Slippery pole, eating crackers without hands, tug of war competition. Etc. they were so exciting. And also in my school, there were competition like, reading poem , sing a song, tug of war competition , eating cracker without hand. 

We were so delighted to follow that and other reason was because we did competition until afternoon without studying in the classroom. At that time we felt free. It could be seen from our smile.

If I look back to the moment when I was childhood. Sometimes I smile by myself because how tough my spirit to be a winner until  I didn't care anyone laugh me.  There was joyful experience always keep In my mind  because  it was a worthwhile .

 When I followed the competition.  It occurred when I was In sixth grade of primary school.  Every class should prepare the player who would follow the competition.  I and my friends were a team in tug of war competition. 

One of my friends Pony her name, she is very fat and our team hoped she could give power to pull out the rope.  When our team played the game.  We started to pull the rope from the opponent team. 

The opponent team was very strong. They pulled the rope until our team move ahead and pony fell down. We were lose In the competition. 

But We realize to be winner is not only have good planning but also we should be united and  sacrifice from our deep heart. And we can not expect someone to do the right thing for us,if we don't do the same thing first
