Momotaro Peach Boy

Long ago, there lived an old and poor couple in a village in Japan. They don't want gold or nice clothes. They only want a child.

One day, the old woman washed clothes in the river. While washing, he also wants a child. Then, a giant peach came floating in the river. He takes it home and will cut it.

There was a human voice from the peach that said not to cut it. Suddenly split; a baby boy jumped out of the peach. The old people were very happy and named him Momotaro which means Peach Boy.

Time passed and the people in the village were afraid of Monster Oni who stole their belongings. When Momotaro was around 15 years old, he wanted to save his village from Monster Oni. Momotaro's parents are very proud of Momotaro. His father gave him a sword; Mother gave him a bag of dumplings.

On the way, Momotaro meets a dog, a monkey and an eagle. He distributed the dumplings to them. The animals joined him to fight Monster Oni. Being a good leader, Momotaro encourages them to work together.

Finally, Momotaro succeeded in forcing the leader of Oni to surrender. Then Momotaro and his friends took the treasure and distributed it to everyone in the village. Momotaro's parents are very happy that Momotaro returned safely.
