The way our group divide the reading task for the systematic review is well coordinated and works very well with each other. Our group starts by randomized the journal that already collected and then we used features called "ladders" that provided by LINE, so the journals can evenly distributed for each members. Each members have responsibility to read at least five journals. After each members carry out their respective responsibilities, after that each members will discuss about what they already read and then, other member will like giving suggestions and more. then regarding our own group dynamics it has been very good where every group member has actively participated in expressing their opinions and ideas during the work on this task, each group member is open and accepts well when given input, and also dares to ask and ask Help if there is something they don't know or don't understand.
