The content in fruits and vegetables is very good for our body. The main ingredient in fruit and vegetable are pro vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E and Vitamin B Complex. Fruit and vegetables also contain mineral such us pottasium, calcium, sodium, Iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium, and boron.

Fruit and vegetables are needed by the body as Micro nutrisients and sources of various vitamins, mineral, and dietary fiber which ade important for the growth, development and health of the body. Consuming vegetables regulary can keep blood sugar undur control and can also cure insulin resistance. Help you improve eye sight and treat skin problems lose weight quickly and effectively.
