SELF REFLECTION
        In teaching and learning process, the reflection is a very important thing to do, but it is often forgotten. Reflection is related to assessment or feedback after carrying out or following the teaching and learning process within a certain time.

        Reflection is also related to learning in the classroom between teachers and students. Reflection is carried out in the learning process to review the learning process that has been carried out in more detail.Â
        Reflection is an activity carried out in the teaching and learning process in the form of written and oral assessments by the teacher for students and by students for teachers to express constructive impressions, messages, expectations, and criticism of the learning process. With reflection, positive information will be obtained about how teachers can improve the quality of learning, as well as material to what extent learning outcomes are achieved. This reflection activity can be used for reviewing a class so as to get an overview of the condition of a class. This makes the potential of each individual and a group more visible.

        Reflection is an activity that can be carried out to improve continuous and tiered evaluation activities. Meanwhile for students, reflection activities can be useful for channeling expressions from the learning process that takes place and is carried out. Whether the learning process is going well or not.

        As a teacher, I always try to be a reflective and dynamic teacher in carrying out work routines. This reflection activity is very important for me so that I can find out what are the deficiencies and make changes starting from teaching methods, learning models, learning materials, syntax / learning steps, media and tools used in learning.
