 This research was conducted at PT. Ciptalaku Lestari Atambua located in Atambua City. This company is engaged in the distribution of finished goods (consumer goods) from wingsfood products. In this study, researchers used three variables, namely, independent variables, dependent variables, and intervening variables. The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which leadership influences employee job satisfaction and the interv ening variable as a mediating variable, namely motivation in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee job satisfaction. The method in this study uses associative research and uses a quantitative research approach. The number of samples used in this study were 50 respondents and used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of SPSS Version 25 software. The results of the research based on partial hypothesis testing show that leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Ciptalaku Lestari Atambua. The results of the research based on the sobel test (intervening) show that leadership has a significant eff ect on employee job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Ciptalaku Lestari Atambua.
