I. BACKGROUND of Condition

Many complex problems have been happening in Indonesia recently due to unclear issues of job's outcome of many different types of students in various provinces. 

Indonesia provinces were discovered due to its unique archipelago area located in the center line of earth equator.

Such local circumstances were formed by about 17,480 combinations of few large islands and big numbers of small islands.
