The process of such clever knowledge and understanding was started in October 2014 from the building a research laboratory of nanomaterials for photonics nanotechnology (Lab. N4PN) in our physics department (URL: A+ grade department based on national accreditation). The N4PN lab was preliminary sustained by the first 6 research undergraduate students who were supervised to carry out a transformation works by changing all types of garbage structure into a brand new excellent structures of superfibers.
The premier N4PN lab was then developed into the first Nanotechnology Research Center and Innovative Creation (PPNRI with Pattimura university Rector letter on 24th April 2015, URL: About US-PSNN 2024 | profhendryielim1.website3.me ) . This PPNRI center has been consistently advanced up to present time. The number of all graduated research students in the research center have been over 93 people in which 50% of them are working now in various banks. While 5% to 15% are now pursuing their master and Ph.D outside of Ambon city to all over nations. The rest 35% is employed in many different government institutions and many different mine companies.Â
Beside the research and development activities in N4PN Lab. and PPNRI, there were another two active laboratories to support the frontier applied physics investigations, for example: theoretical physics laboratory and Multidisciplinary Research Center of Excellence (MrCE).Â
Through these all vary integrated laboratories and research center, the new knowledge and wisdom have been discovered in an ongoing work indicating in our international publications, invited talks, and workshops as shown in the following ResearchGate measurement:
The last part of applications in our invented genius equation is finally fitted in conjunction with a multitasking control system under the collaboration with Prof. Guisheng Zhai from Shibarua Institute of Technology (SIT), Tokyo, Japan. Collaboration is a crucial step to advance our knowledge together just like an idiom said  that "a block in our eyes could not be seen by us, but our collaborator can help us to see it."
