Can Higher Education, Science and Technology Indonesia be successful?

The question is.... how?

From the hard working former minister of education, culture, research and technology, there were many interesting wise efforts that had been conducted. For example: the program of freedom study program ("Merdeka Belajar") was one of the main new type of higher education system that made flexibility of movements in educating students and lecturers without border nationally.

However, the "Merdeka Belajar" was just a beginning and it also had a weakness particularly in the improving grades without any test in schools. How can a student be educated in the excellent way without any test to check the understanding of their study?

We do hope that such weakness must be corrected in this coming new minister of higher education, science and technology as well as minister of elementary and secondary educations, respectively.

In the special case on the quality of educators including teachers, lecturers and professors, it is a must for the ministers to reform the education system based on the international standard educators sustained by the high quality education system.

The point here is that "The quality of future students is very significant to the quality of educator."

The low quality educators will make a low impact in all the students understanding and knowledge.

Learning from the history of higher education, science and technology, all the low quality educational background students can be dramatically improved due to the high quality educators/ teachers/ professors.

The fact that happened in the eastern part of Indonesia with the most difficult archipelago areas consisted of thousands of small islands is that the output students quality was significantly caused by the low quality educators produced from universities.

Here, we argue that the funding for building education is not more important than the quality of educators.

For instance: in Christian followers, prophet Jesus was very excellent teacher for his only 12 ordinary students who normally were working as fishermen. However, because of prophet Jesus excellency, all the 12 ordinary simple students could be educated with high quality understanding and knowledge so that after 7 semester or ~3.5 years the educated students would then be able to write the most excellent Holy Bible as a collection from many books of the disciples.
