Dari analisis ini, terlihat bahwa pemecatan memiliki konsekuensi yang berlapis, tergantung pada konteks individu dan sosialnya. Melalui pemahaman mendalam, dapat digali pelajaran berharga untuk manajemen dan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas di masa mendatang.
Dengan mempertimbangkan dampak emosional dan sosial dari pemecatan, baik bagi individu yang dipecat maupun pihak yang memecat, dapat dirumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk menghadapi situasi serupa di masa depan.
