In the ebb and flow of emotions, I find my way,

A symphony of feelings that color each passing day.

Like a tempest's dance or a gentle breeze,

My heart's tides rise and fall with unease.

Sometimes joy bursts forth like a sunlit sky,

Radiant and warm, lifting my spirits high.

But then shadows creep in, casting their doubt,

Engulfing my soul, leaving me in a cloud.

I ride the waves of elation and despair,

A delicate balance, a constant affair.
