In my opinion, issues still found in Indonesia is about social welfare, especially for women (mothers) and children. I encountered many cases involving the presence of those who are very apprehensive. Like domestic violence, exploitation, torture, persecution, and so on. I often see so many beggars are mothers bringing their children even thoughthey were still baby. There are also cases of street children in early childhood becoming a street musician. By reason of economic hardship, they do like that. Quite often they even do it over messenger husband / father and if they do not comply then they will receive bad treatment. Many more cases of fraud under the pretext of workers who would be sent abroad, it turns out they even become victims of human trafficking, the exploitation of their labor, sex and money they got. There are also cases of temporary marriages which are very detrimental to the woman, and so on. Those are really very inhumane. Their access to justice is very limited, because they are not aware of the law for their protection.

Indonesiahasalsosigned theAdditionalProtocol tothe Convention onthe Rights for children andAdditional Protocol tothe Convention onthe Elimination ofDiscriminationto women. But those are not effective yet for law enforcement.
We should start to solve that problem at least from the place around us. We provide knowledge and understanding to them. Moreover, if we can give them skills so that they could produce something better to earn money. We provide training that can be done in cooperation with other parties in order to change the mindset of women and children. Starting with small things, we can make it become a big thing if one day the mothers and children assistedcan help the people around them as well. Expected utility can be widely influential. I have learned not only the idea of giving to others, but also deriving them from a sense of spirit. I have learned to truly value by watching them.
In the future, I will contribute in the field of empowering and give protection to women and children. I want to aspire their thinking, bad things happened to them. They need assistance. And I want to show to the world that women and children are an integrated unit that will greatly affect the existence of a nation, to respect them into something that must be considered.
