The result of this paper make the point that in reviewing and critiquing a tradition, Al-Jabiri use of "historicity" (tarikhiyyah), "objectivity" (madlu'iyyah), and "continuity" (istimrariyah) to approach the tradition or Turts. The approach of "Historicity" and "objectivity" itself are both in the sense of separation between the reader and the reading object (fasl al-qari' 'an al-maqru), while the "continuity" means connecting the reader to the reading object (washl al-qari 'an al-maqru).
