This fruit, which is known to be widely grown in Arabia, is mentioned 20 times in 16 surahs of the Koran. Dates have been shown to have heart and cancer prevention properties as well as brain health benefits.
2. Honey
Honey has many health benefits because it is antioxidant, reduces the risk of heart disease, increases immunity, heals burns, and when combined with turmeric can treat stomach acid. Verses 68--69 of Surah An-Nahl also discuss honey.
3. Olives
Olives are rich in nutrients and can be used as facial cosmetics and medicine. Apart from these health benefits, olives also help lower blood pressure, prevent the growth of cancer, maintain body weight, and reduce the possibility of constipation. The Qur'an mentions olives seven times in addition to the fruit because its oil has many health benefits, including maintaining healthy facial skin and hair.
4. Ginger
One spice that can provide health benefits to the body is ginger. The Koran also mentions ginger and its benefits for treating coughs, lowering cholesterol, reducing heart risk, and killing bacteria in the body
5. Habbatus Sauda
Black cumin seeds are beneficial for the body because they protect damaged cells and can treat a number of chronic diseases.
6. Figs
Figs mentioned in the Al-Quran At-tin have a number of health benefits, including their ability to treat hypertension, prevent heart attacks, cure diabetes, and stop tumor growth.
