Say goodbye to WFH, RedDoorz Indonesia has Fully Implementing WFO 100%

RedDoorz company in Indonesia now has 100% WFO working hours because some of the areas in Indonesia have reached PPKM status level 1 until July 4th 2022.

This regulation has been issued in the Instruction Minister of Home Affairs (Imendagri) Number 26 of 2022 which regulates PPKM in Java and Bali. In the Imendagri, the PPKM status level 1 area is regulated to ensure the activities in the non-essential sector is applied to a maximum of 100 percent Work From Office (WFO).

"The implementation of activities in the non-essential sector applies to a maximum of 100% Work From Office (WFO) for employees who have been vaccinated and required to use the PeduliLindungi application at the entrance and exit of the workplace," as written in Imendagri.

Upon receiving this regulation, RedDoorz immediately decided to implement the WFO system. Many workers of RedDoorz also feel relieved about going back to work in the office again, after almost two years working at home.

"To be very honest, if I was allowed to choose, I would always prefer to be working at the office rather than at home.
