Education Problem in Indonesia

Indonesia, like many other countries, has succeeded in providing opportunities for its citizens to get an education. But education in Indonesia at this time is still a problem because there are still many  children of who have not received the education as they should. There have been several challenge  facing education in indonesia over the recent years.  

The main problem of indonesian education is high tuition of education. The high tuition of education is the first problem faced by people who are below the poverty line and often children who are  below the poverty line of their schools will be neglected, because their parents cannot afford school  fees and more concerned with the needs of their daily lives. Therefore, economic problems are also a major factor in education problems in Indonesia 

The second main issues common causes by curriculum and infrastructure problem. The problem of Education curriculum in Indonesia often changes. Government still looks for the best curriculum.  But, the curriculum changing is too often. Most of the student feels difficult to adapt with  new curriculum. Every day, students spend 7-9 hours at school. Students are also feel stressed by  school assignments and homework. Students must be able to master all subjects. Finally students  receive more than ten subjects. This makes student unfocused. 

In addition, problem with education in Indonesia is the poor infrastructure. Attention to infrastructure needs to be increased. There are many school building almost collapsed, not any  longer suitable for the learning process, don't have enough good facilities like chairs, study desks, books, technological equipment, and other supporting tools.

Therefore, The solution for educational problem in Indonesia is improve the infrastructure & education facilities. The quality of infrastructure in our country become one of serious problem.  Student can learn well if there is High quality infrastructure. 

All in all, the quality of education in Indonesia is still low level when compared with the quality of education in other country. The things that become the main problem of the efectiveness  and standardization of education that is still less optimized. Other issues that the cause is: 

1) High tuition of education

2) Poor infrastructure

3.) Curriculum problem.

The solutions can be given from the above problems, among others, by changing the educational system in Indonesia.
