We often encounter young people with poor morals and ethics because free association leads to sin. However, some young people are critically minded and have good morals. With good morals a person will push themselves towards goodness and other productive activities. Nowadays, moral education is very important considering the current socialization which if we are not careful, we will fall into sin. Morals themselves can not only be applied to relationships but in all aspects of life as well. As an example of morals towards teachers or lecturers, morals can also be applied to the environment and other living things. With this, our relationship with humans, especially with God, will be better as Allah has said in the Qur'an:
"Recite what has been revealed to you, the Book (the Quran) and establish prayer. Verily, prayer prevents from evil and unlawful deeds. And surely the remembrance of Allah (prayer) is greater (in virtue than other acts of worship). And Allah knows what you do," (QS. Al-Ankabut : 45).
        Based on the verse above, we know that doing good and worshiping improves our morals. Therefore, by maintaining worship and good morals, we will always be protected and forgiven by Allah. The application of good morals for young people including in the field of learning or organization is the right step. By practicing good morals in an organizational environment, it will also have an impact on other members. People with good morals will understand their duties and can be trusted because they are seen from their attitudes and habits. Organizational habits include good time management, work ethic and good relationships with members and non-members. Agreement and respect for the opinions of others is a useful value that, combined with good morals, will have a good effect on an organization. Good organizational management must also be led by leaders with good morals. It is important to do the right thing, to know what is good and bad, and to act fairly. Basing a career on a foundation of truth and integrity can help build healthy and lasting relationships with member, management, colleagues, clients and other organisation. In admission, it must go through a really strict selection and must see how the attitude and morals of a prospective member are carried out by HRD in an organization or company. These efforts will make an organization organized and in accordance with the vision and mission of an organization.
        Good morals must also be applied to the life of the nation and state. This aspect covers almost all relations with society and how to be a good nation. Good morals in the nation can be applied in democracy and mutual cooperation among citizens in making decisions. For the sake of peace and tranquility caused by good morals that create equality. Armed with good morals, of course our relationships with others will be good, people who see our behavior with good morals will be reluctant. It will not only have an impact on ourselves but also the surrounding environment that creates harmony. This will have an impact on national integrity considering that Indonesia is a country with diverse ethnicities, religions, races. This diversity should be a bridge to unite and not divide each other. We don't need to discriminate against each other, we don't need to be part of another religion to understand, we just need to have good morals and maintain the prevailing norms. Who would not be reluctant if we have good morals and behave according to the norms. With good morals we will know correctly the norms and rules that apply, which is an awareness within us to obey and act correctly unlike people with bad morals. Instead, people who like to divide are people who have poor morals and are uncivilized, who like to provoke for their own interests and groups. As Allah has said in Qur'an verse below:
"O humanity! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may get to know one another. Surely the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous among you." (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13).
        God has created humans with various diversities and differences to know each other and live in peace. Issues of disintegration are still frequent these days followed by the approaching presidential election in 2024. With this event, people are divided into several camps according to their respective presidential choices. With conditions like this, Indonesia is prone to division and conflict. Elections are a democratic event that should mediate national unity. With democracy and expressing opinions with good morals, a peaceful democratic atmosphere will be created without division. Good morals must be applied so that there are no misunderstandings between supporters such as provocation and divide and conquer. As a voter, you must also think critically and be able to analyze candidates according to good morals. Good morals must also be applied in all agencies and institutions that govern the country by applying good morals in the environment will create justice and equity without fraud and abuse.

        In accordance with what I have written, morals are one of the important components in the education and teaching of children. Children who are not even in school yet must be taught about good manners and morals, which will later be consistently practiced by the child. One way to teach children to have good morals is by teaching them about Akidah and Akhlak and always being taught by reading prayers and sunnah from childhood. In this way the child will get used to it and become something that seems to be a necessity. A person with good morals will be seen when what he did in his childhood. Many parents still underestimate the teaching of morals to children even though it will mean a lot to the child when he grows up. However, learning about morals can also be done by all ages, especially adolescents who are experiencing puberty where emotional instability and changes in behavior will be very visible. Thus we already know that how important morals are and how they impact a person, especially in organization, state and nation.
