It's foolish to love, or so I've been told
There are many more things to be rather than a lover
A warrior, lives only to conquer until the next one comes along
A preacher, sitting at the throne on which judgment rules over the rationale
A philosopher, well no, this one is a lover as well
A god, but is it possible? For it is unwise to rule without love,
is it why he demands it from us?
Love is a fool's game, or so I've been told
Is God a fool? If it is true, then I'll be damn
