 Eril's body found
The body of the son of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil, Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, was finally found at the Engehalde Dam.
"On Wednesday, 8 June 2022, at any time before 6:50 a.m., Bern County Police reported that a lifeless man lay in the water at the Engehalde Dam in Bern," Bern Police said in a statement, Thursday (9/6/2022).
Police conducted an examination of the body found. The result confirmed that it was Eril's body that has been missing since Thursday, May 26, 2022.
"Last wednesday, the Bern Police met us at the Indonesian Embassy in Bern with the family to add new information regarding the discovery of the suspected body of Eril at 06.50 am Switzerland time or 11.50 WIB. It's true that it was Eril’s body. On Thursday, June 9 local time, the Switzerland Embassy added confirmation that the body found yesterday was Emmeril Khan Mumtadz's son or Eril's son. The Indonesian Embassy in Bern will continue to accompany the family in the preparation and processing of repatriation to Indonesia," said the Indonesian Ambassador to Switzerland, Muliaman D Hadad.
