Eril Announced Missing

Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or familiarly called Eril, The first son of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil, is known went to Switzerland with his family to look for a university to continue his master degree
In the midst of busy looking for a university, Eril with her sister Camillia Laetitia Azzahra and her relatives are known to go swimming in the Aare river in the city of Bern, Switzerland.
The mother, at that time was not swimming. The family said Eril disappeared due to an emergency situation on Thursday (26/5/2022).
The search for Eril continues to be carried out by the SAR team involving elements of the Police, Maritime Police, and Fire Department, and supported by the Government of the Canton of Bern.
At the time of the incident, Ridwan Kamil was carrying out official activities with the West Java Provincial Government in Britain. He went straight to Switzerland.
The Search Effort
The search for Eril continues. The area that being searched is 17 km from the Aare river area, from the Tiefenau Bridge to the Wohlensee sluice gate. The SAR team also dispatched rescuers to start an underwater search.
The search conducted to the area between the two floodgates closest to the location where Eril was last seen, named Schwellenmaetelli and Engehalde. Tomorrow's search method will use boats and sensors capable of detecting a depth of 3 meters.
Ridwan Kamil and his family returned to Indonesia, on Thursday afternoon (2/6) to carry out their duties as Governor of West Java. Before leaving Switzerland, Ridwan Kamil and his family accompanied by the Indonesian Embassy and the Indonesian diaspora in Bern performed the Ghaib Prayer to pray for Eril on the banks of the Aare river.
