6 cloves of garlic

1 piece of galangal the size of a thumb
1 piece of turmeric as big as your thumb

Method:
1. Roughly chop the shallots, garlic, ginger, galangal, turmeric, chilies and chopped lemon grass, and add the shrimp paste and salt
