Generation Z: Do They Really Have a Tempeh Mentality?

Nowadays, technological developments have developed quite quickly. Generation Z, which is a group that is very dependent on technology, is often called a tempeh mentality. Next is Free Thinking and Entrepreneurship, the ability to think freely and the desire to live a meaningful life, bringing generation Z to become entrepreneurs who are the hope of the nation. Quick adaptation to technology is also one of the advantages of Gen Z. With the courage to adopt technology, generation Z is able to adapt to changes in an increasingly sophisticated world.

Freedom of thought can be an advantage or a disadvantage for generation Z. This freedom must be accompanied by mature self-control and a strong mentality in order to become a generation that is creative, innovative, free-thinking and entrepreneurial by means of intergenerational learning. This can be a way to align generation Z values with the experiences of previous generations. Perhaps by combining these perspectives, generation Z can achieve a better balance between individual freedom and contribution to a common goal.
