This is not a real restaurant. This is only a practical assignment from Politeknik Bosowa  Hospitality Study Program lecturers.

This is the task of making a restaurant menu with a brief explanation of the ingredients and how to make them.

The name of the restaurant is Anisa's Restaurant. Tipe of Anisa's Resturant is a set menu from appetizer to dessert.

From appetizer we have prawn cumber salad. The ingredients of prawn cumber salad is crouton, lettuce, cucumber, mayonnaise, salt and pepper for seosening. How to make? prepare all the vegetables then diced, as well as croutons. croutons are white bread that is toasted with chopped garlic. And then then mix with mayonnaise, and finally give salt and pepper to taste.

For soup we have Puree Soup. The ingredients of Puree Soup is puree, milk, water, salt and pepper to taste. How to make? peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces and then steam. after soft, mash until smooth and mix with milk, finally give salt and pepper to. Then served in the soup cup

For main course we have Chicken Ala King. There are three menus in the Chicken Ala King menu is brown sauce, mixed vegetable, and chicken saute the ingredients of brown sauce is onion, milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper. the method is slice onion then saute until brown then add milk and cornstarch. stir until thickened, finally add salt and pepper. The second is mixed vegetable, the ingredients of mixed vegetable is been, corn, tomato, and carrot. How to make? cut all vegetables in the same shape and then saute. The next Chicken saute, the ingredients of chicken saute is chicken and milk and stock. How to make? diced chicken and saute then add milk and stock, stir until dry and set aside.

For dessert we have cocholate lava. The ingredients of cocholate lava is eggs, butter, dark cocholate and soft flour. How to make? melt the butter and chocolate, then mix the eggs with sugar. after thick and fluffy enter flour and stir well. then add the melted chocolate and butter and stir until smooth. Finally pour the mixture into the mold. The mold can use a tea cup

it is an ingredient and method of making food on anisas restaurant menu.
