Who doesn't know seblak? A unique Snack that seems to be on the rise lately. Seblak is a typical from Bandung, west Java,Made from boiled crackers and kencur which is the hall mark of this Snack. When you hear the world seblak,surely what comes to your mind is women because unknowingly food with a spicy taste has become a favorite eating culture for women. if you are the type who likes spicy food,then the spicy taste in seblak,is a new taste for the tongue, so why are women so synonymous with seblak?
The statement that women are synonymous with seblak arises,because there are many seblak stalls that provide various kind of spicy flavors which are crowded with women and they are cheap.
There are 3 types of seblak:
-Seblak dry is a spicy cracker not gravy but similar to basreng can be consumed as a snack or crackers as a additional side dish.
- Seblak wet or seblak gravy isba food with the main ingredient being crackers with a variety of toppings.
- Korean style seblak as time goes by and the culinary world developed seblak is modified with a mixture of korean such as gochujang,fishcake,topoki and other. The presentation of seblak is accompanied by various kind of toppings such as noodles,meatballs,enggs,sausages with a savory and spicy taste.
