Staffing is about how to manage people, make the job analysis, planning and matching about internal and external supply of people with anticipated job openings over a specified period of time, and also doing recruting and selection for the candidates.

Make goal-oriented process to ensure organizational processes are in place to maximize productivity.

  • Human Resource Development

The major of Human Resources Management functions are include : training (short term focus), development (long term focus), career planning, career development and organization development.

  • Compensation

All rewards that individuals receive as a result of their employment.

  • Employee and Labor Relations

Human resources activity with a union is often referred to as industrial (labor management) relations.

  • Safety and Health

As a safety, human resources must be protecting employees from injuries caused by work related accidents. And as a health, human resources must be take care of employee's freedom from illness and their general physical and mental well being

All Human Resources Management are interrelated, so that each function affects to other division or department.
