Tekizuka is one of the weakest NPC in the Internet or some Games. His Stealth technique and special eyes make him almost invincible to other main characters such as Extrovert or other Riajuu. He was so weak that he had to be bullied by Everyone after going through a long conversation with other Riajuu.
Teki himself often uses it as his absolute stealth where he can choose which dangerous player will attack him.
