Instant noodles are an easy way for us to eat something. It's an instant food that we can cook every time, everywhere we want to eat. From a pack of instant noodles, we'll get noodles and dried seasoning. After that, the noodles can be cooked and mixed with the seasoning. We just need to boil the noodle until it's cooked. Instant noodles are becoming the simplest and easiest way for us to eat it. But, is it okay if we are always consume instant noodles? Even every day?
Before we know about how if we often eat instant noodles, let's take a look at the ingredients of instant noodles. Why are instant noodles so good in our tongue? Why is instant noodles so good but it's cheap? In general, noodles are made by its main ingredients, flour, water, and salt. The batter is formed into small and long pieces. That's why instant noodle sales are increasing nowadays.
The taste of instant noodles doesn't need to be doubted. This is the reason why instant noodles are the most favorite instant food, because of the price and the taste of it. Instead of flour, water, and salt, there's a "secret spice" in it. That makes us addicted to instant noodles. And we can say that this seasoning is a "key" for instant noodles. It's called MSG (Monosodium glutamate). MSG yields such a good flavor. MSG raises and builds up instant noodle's taste and other food. In case it occurs naturally or is added to food. Glutamate interacts with with palates, giving food its meatines and taste. So, MSG is a seasoning that can make us addicted to some food because of its taste and flavor.
Many people think that consuming instant food, especially instant noodles is more effective and worth it than handmade food. Without buying so many ingredients for hand-made food, it's better when we eat easy-peasy food. Nowadays, people prefer eating instant food rather than hand-made food that is so healthy for us. Hand-made food contains so much nutrition that may help us protect our body to keep it healthy. There's so many delicious food, but these days, instant noodles are more loved than another delicious plus healthy food.
If we consume too many noodles, we can fall addicted every time and it will never stop until we get another risk of instant noodles overeating. This is proved by the experiment of a journalist from China who experimented with how if we consume instant noodles every day. On the first day, nothing happened, but day by day, her energy weakened, and someday her mouth tasted so salty. After that day, she can't see instant noodles anymore because she's disgusted with them. She always felt thirsty, worn out, hollow, and lost her appetite. On the fifth day, the body is getting worse and worse. Even if she fights with her emotions, she can get angry easily with a small problem. It's because instant noodles just have carbohydrates in them, and have another nutrition on a small scale that may cause nutritional imbalance.
Instant noodles are a portion of very delicious food, but other than that, there's still so much delicious and healthy food. Consuming instant noodles isn't a bad way, but we should balance it with consuming high-scale nutrition food like veggies. Vegetables can be as good as instant noodles if we cook them perfectly with nice seasoning. Also other food like fish, meat, and fruit. The taste would be very good even if it could beat the perfect taste of instant noodles. More healthy and delicious.
We can find a huge amount of the risks of consuming too many instant noodles. First of all, our health is getting worse day by day. And it may cause diabetes because instant noodles can raise our blood sugar amount. Essentially, it has a lot of carbohydrates. Furthermore, there will be heart disease because instant noodles are high in calories. This heart disease could be terrible if a stroke happened.
Of course, we can't let those awful risks happen. So, before we consume instant noodles let's promise to be always self-controlling ourselves from the addiction to instant noodles. Now we know, there's still a lot of delicious food that can be made by ourselves even more if we add some veggies. Usually, we bought a pack of instant noodles. Now, let's just buy some instant noodles for "stock" if we really can't make or buy anything. But we should know that we can make so many foods even with just 2 ingredients. All we need is just self-control and awareness that everything that we think is good isn't always good for us.
