When talking about coffee, we will find various forms of steeping from ycoffee beans. Starting from the coffee or black coffee, latte, capuccino, to espresso which is so bitter so kicking. The difference in espresso has more concentrated results with heavy body, strong aroma, thick bitter taste, and long -lasting aftertaste. While black coffee, can be brewed by stubborn or using tools such as french press and percolator.

How healthier is Espresso or black coffee? The amount of chlorogenic acid is influenced by the roasting process. The more coffee beans are roasted, the lower the chlorogenic acid content. This means that mild and moderate roasting coffee will have a concentration of healthy plant compounds that are higher than dark roasted coffee, which are usually included in espresso. So if you take nutrition from coffee beans to the maximum, brew ordinary black coffee, not espresso which has a more concentrated concentration.

So espresso has more caffeine but black coffee has a higher number of healthy nutrients than espresso.
