Every one’s know that being healthy is the most important in this world because we can not do anything’s if our body being sick. Sometimes people forget how to keep healthy and always busy to look for some money for their live. After they got illness than realized that health is better than wealth. There is some suggestion how to keep our body in shape such as eat fruits and vegetables, enough resting and get some regularly exercise.
Eating fruits and vegetables is very important for body because it can make processing food in good way and by eating both our body will received a lot of nutrients and vitamin to protect our body from the poison. The way how we live also influence our health, in a day our bodymust have enough time to rest about six until eight hours for refreshing our body and mind after working a long day.
Meanwhile some bad habits like smoking and drinking to much coffee is some habit that we must ovoid because nicotine and caffeine from cigarette and coffee poised our brain. Some people try to do some regular exercise to refuse that habits and by doing some exercise every morning regularly good for our bones and muscle. People say live is choice so which one that you want to be heath or sick?
