Mba Gaganawati (writer of 38 WIB (Wanita Indonesia Bisa Book) wrote an article about postcards-sending competition to German supported by Fiksiana Community on August, 2014. She received 19 postcards from many areas in Indonesia including my postcard. Well, on my mind I just wanted to write my poem on my sunflower’s postcard. The judges are Gaganawati, Kristina, Chayenne, Shenoa, Moritz, Viktoria and Shanju. They had seen, read, considered and finally decided the winners of this competition are :
Category: postcard with the most beautiful pic (mountain and sunflowers decoration): Dinny Miranti – Jakarta. Bravo! Alhamdulillah. and many more categories.
The seven selected postcards had already announced in Indonesia Festival January 9th, 2016 in German. I opened my eyes and feel sleepy because Tokyo’s wheather was very cold at 6 am. I was really surprised when my poem was read in “Indonesien Paradise der 1000. Inseln” event at Sternen Restaurant, Obere Haupstraße 23, Seitingen-Oberflacht start from 6 pm to 2.30 am. Well unbeliaveble but it was amazing. My first experience joining postcard competition. In a couple days I always click youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRVcEQ2XKE4 make sure again.. that was true, that's my poem. It’s really fun sending postcards to German.... a million thanks...Good night.
Anyway, thank you Kompasiana Community especially Mba Gaganawati, I hope I will get an opportunity to go to German in the future. Semangat :D
