Job is something essential that is sought by every human being and is the livelihood of every human being in the world. work is one of the reasons for humans to survive. Work to survive. By working every human being is able to meet the necessary needs and as one of the helpers of the human lifestyle. However, in the world not all people easily have such a good job as if they were wearing a shirt with a necktie accessory or using a blesser every day in high hills, riding a luxury car and working in a large company. Working in a better place and can be said to be established also has conditions and factor factors that support us to be able to work where we want. that's why humans in this world compete and compete to go to college or take a course in which both reasons become one of the conditions so that every human being can easily get a job.

But there are also those who have continued to high school in a well-known college and not necessarily get a decent job until now to become unemployed.
That is all there must be factors that make what is the reason why there is still an increase in unemployment in the world.
we need to know that, the unemployment rate in the world continues to increase and run in various countries, especially in ASEAN countries or neighboring countries in Southeast Asia.
if we go back to 3 years ago in 2015, we can see in the graph above that the unemployment rate in ASEAN countries is still very high and not stable. We can see that the State of Brunei Darussalam was ranked first and the biggest level of unemployment in ASEAN. Imagine how half the population in that country or average are people who have unemployment status. Certainly it will be very troubling for the country and certainly the need for the economy is increasing. after Brunei Darussalam, the Philippines ranked second in highest unemployment in ASEAN and was followed by our own country, Indonesia. if we look back at the graph above it can be said that the unemployment rate in ASEAN or the world is very large and greatly affects several fields. we need to realize that there will be many major influences in the world due to the increase in unemployment, which is the benchmark for the discussion is human beings themselves.
Before I explain the effect or effect of unemployment in ASEAN I will explain what I know is the factor that increases unemployment in every country in the world.
1. Lack of employment in various government agencies or institutions.
2. lack of ability and expertise of every human being in the field under his control.
3. Lack of relations or relations of communication with other people
4. family economic problems that make it difficult for some people to continue to college
Well, if we look at the factors that support why the unemployment rate is high this time I will explain or give points what are the results of the increase in unemployment.
1. Weakening the economy of the people in each country.

3. The possibility of bringing each country to bankruptcy, there is no chance to become a developed country.
4. Increased crime due to not getting a job and finding a negative way to stay alive.
