Language is the communication tool that humans have to interact with other humans. Bilingualism is another term in English that is bilingual in Indonesian. Bilingualism or bilingualism is one of the problems of language that continues to develop. This is due to the starting point of the understanding of entrepreneurship which is relativity. Such inevitability occurs because one's limit to be referred to as a person is arbitrary, so the view of entrepreneurship differs from one to another.

Teaching children more than one language seems to have become commonplace in this day and age, perhaps a must. Many parents now teach their children two or more languages. At school age, the child gets smarter, so he begins to understand the language more widely. So, do not be surprised if you see a child who is still sitting on a kindergarten bench already fluent in English or other foreign languages. But how important is bilingualism for children?

Help The Child Respond Quickly.

Help them grow into responsive children. Because, during the use of two languages, children have become accustomed to switching codes or switching languages in a short time.

That is, the child's brain is used to multi-tasking in understanding two languages at a time. These abilities are usually from other abilities that make them faster and more responsive to situations. Therefore, usually, children who have the ability to communicate bilingually are also good at doing other things that require multi-tasking skills. For example, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Make Communication More Effective

Learning more than one language can really affect children's ability to communicate effectively. They will understand more about the meaning of other people's conversations. Children in multilingual environments are also faced with more situations where they have to analyze their environment and choose which language to speak in so as to train their communication to run more effectively.

More Cultural Awareness

Raising children in a foreign country and making sure they learn a language not only helps them understand the cultural differences between their home country and their new country. This can allow them to better appreciate cultures around the world. In one particular study, those who frequently used multiple languages showed higher levels of cognitive empathy, or the ability to understand other people's emotions.

Become a Better Multitasker.

Studies have shown that children who learn two languages are better at focusing on important information and ignoring things that don't matter. This is a skill that can be improved by moving between languages that lead to increased ability to complete various tasks.
