On Sunday, December 19, 2021, at 13:00, the webinar held by AIESEC in UMM with the theme "Creating Your Space: Connect With Yourself, Connect With Productivity" has become an issue that is now busy about Toxic Productivity. Toxic productivity is the abnormal desire to be productive all the time. However, excessive productivity can actually cause burnout and interfere with mental health which actually makes you less than optimal in carrying out productive activities.

Starting from the number of young people who become workaholics or what is called toxic productivity or hustle culture, where when they see other people busy, they will feel they are cool and must be followed, but in this context, workaholics will do many things and put aside rest. or free time.

Those who have entered this stage will feel that they will look good if they always look productive even if there is free time they will look for other activities and feel guilty during breaks. This problem is what makes AIESEC in UMM hold a webinar with the theme of productivity, which is expected that young people can realize mental health about productivity so that their mindset is more correct if toxic productivity is a mistake.

As for Mr. Ahmad Sulaiman or usually called Mr. Mada, a psychology lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang as the speaker "Toxic Productivity: is it harmful or not?" Mr. Mada quoted from the song Indies-Sufficient he said that the prefix of this song really describes the situation of today's workaholic youths "when was the last time you could sleep peacefully" they (young people) always put rest and sleep aside. Always have a desire for excessive busyness.
