Mohammed Faris has become a household name among global Muslims as a religiopreneur who has successfully combined Islamic values with modern productivity concepts. Born and raised in London to an Arab family, his life journey is a testament to how one person can turn a passion into a global movement that empowers millions of Muslims around the world.

Faris' childhood in London gave him a unique perspective on how to live life as a Muslim in a Western society. Growing up in a multicultural environment, he faced the challenge of balancing his Muslim identity with the demands of modern life. This experience would later become an important foundation in developing the ProductiveMuslim philosophy that integrates Islamic values with contemporary productivity.

Faris' formal education began at a local London school until he finally managed to get the opportunity to study higher education in Engineering at Imperial College London, one of the world's leading universities. It was during this time that he began to observe the gap between Islamic teachings that are rich in concepts of time management and productivity and the reality of modern Muslims who often struggle to manage their life balance.

2007 was a turning point in Faris' life when he decided to start a simple blog called ProductiveMuslim.com. This blog was initially only intended as a place to share tips and thoughts on how to be a productive Muslim. However, the overwhelming response from global readers showed that he had touched an unmet need in the international Muslim community.

The initial success of the ProductiveMuslim blog encouraged Faris to develop his platform further. He began organizing webinars, workshops, and online seminars that discussed various aspects of productivity from an Islamic perspective. His unique approach of combining Quranic verses and hadith with modern productivity research was enthusiastically received by participants in various countries.

The year 2011 was a pivotal moment when Faris decided to dedicate himself fully to the development of ProductiveMuslim. He resigned from his job as an engineer and began building an international team to expand the reach of his platform. Under his leadership, ProductiveMuslim transformed from a mere blog into a global education company offering various training and self-development programs.

Faris' monumental work was published in 2016 with his book "The Productive Muslim: Where Faith Meets Productivity". The book became an international bestseller and has been translated into several languages, including Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, and Urdu. In this book, Faris introduces a comprehensive framework on how modern Muslims can achieve optimal productivity while maintaining spiritual balance.

Faris' innovation continues with the launch of the Barakah Culture Framework, a unique methodology designed specifically for organizations and companies looking to implement Islamic values in their work culture. The program has been adopted by over 100 organizations in various countries, ranging from startups to multinational corporations looking to create a more inclusive work environment for their Muslim employees.

ProductiveMuslim Academy, an online learning platform launched by Faris, has reached over 100,000 participants from all over the world. The Academy offers over 50 courses covering various aspects of productivity, from time management to holistic health from an Islamic perspective. The interactive and practice-based learning approach makes these programs highly effective in helping participants transform their lives.

Faris' contribution to developing the concept of modern Islamic productivity has received international recognition. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Islamic Economy Award in 2018 and has consistently been listed among the 500 Most Influential Muslims from 2019 to 2023. He is also a sought-after speaker at international conferences, sharing his vision of how Islamic values can provide solutions to modern productivity challenges.
