Environmental pollution is a complex problem caused by many factors. One of the largest contributors is industrial activity, including manufacturing processes that release hazardous chemicals and emissions into the air. Apart from that, the widespread use of non-biodegradable materials also has an impact on environmental pollution. The use of plastic is a small and significant factor because these materials are difficult to decompose and remain in the environment for a long time, causing pollution and damage to the ecosystem. Another important aspect lies in the dependence on fossil fuels to produce energy, which causes the release of pollutants such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. Agricultural practices, characterized by the use of pesticides and fertilizers, further reduce environmental pollution by polluting soil and air resources. In essence, the combination of industrial, material, energy, and agricultural factors emphasizes the complexity of this problem, requiring a comprehensive approach to address and mitigate environmental pollution.
