What is pollution:

Pollution is the introduction of harmful materials that harm the environment like animals, humans and etc and the example of pollution are trash in the ocean, people mining or litter on land, and so much more than this. There are 4 types of pollution: Land Pollution, Water Pollution, Air Pollution and Sound Pollution. Now here are the explanation of each pollution like what cause them and what are the effects if we keep doing this.

Types of pollution:

Land Pollution: What is it? Land pollution refers to the destruction or a decline in quality of the earth's surface because of human actions. This could include anything from mining to agriculture to building, and consequences may be intentional or unintentional. The effects Polluted soil, which leads to a loss of fertile land for agriculture and a reduction in the availability of food. Climate change, which causes an onslaught of disastrous problems, including flash floods and irregular rainfalls.

Water Pollution: Water pollution is the contamination of water sources by substances which make the water unusable for drinking, cooking, cleaning, swimming, and other activities. Pollutants include chemicals, trash, bacteria, and parasites. The effects of water pollution are animal's like fish and etc eat these plastic which kill them because they don't know what the difference are with plastic and food and some animals will get trap inside of those circular soda plastic things I don't know and fish that are sold for us have some plastic inside of them since the plastic becomes microplastics and I mean it's not good and of course most of this is cause by us.

Air Pollution: Air pollution is contamination of the indoor or outdoor environment by any chemical, physical or biological agent that modifies the natural characteristics of the atmosphere. Household combustion devices, motor vehicles, industrial facilities and forest fires are common sources of air pollution. Effects of air pollution are Long-term health effects from air pollution include heart disease, lung cancer, and respiratory diseases such as emphysema. Air pollution can also cause long-term damage to people's nerves, brain, kidneys, liver, and other organs. Some scientists suspect air pollutants cause birth defects.

Sound Pollution: Sound Pollution is the cause of some vehicles, aircraft, industrial machines, loudspeakers, crackers, etc. When used at high volume, some other appliances also contribute to noise pollution, like television, transistor, radio, etc. Noise pollution adversely affects the lives of millions of people. Studies have shown that there are direct links between noise and health problems related to noise include stress related illnesses, high blood pressure, speech interference, hearing loss, sleep disruption, and lost productivity.

How to prevent these:

Pollution might be here for a long time but if we prevent these things, we might decrease the percentage of pollution a little bit and it might not be much but it's something so here we go:

Land Pollution: now how to prevent land pollution is to stop throwing waste on the soil, plant more trees and reuse material.

Water Pollution: this one isn't that simple because there's a lot of trash all around of the ocean but if we can at least prevent this we have to stop throwing trash in the ocean use more re-cyclable items.
