Development of CapCut Application-Based Learning Videos to Improve Students' Understanding of National Songs in the Arts and Culture Subject for Grade 7 MTs

Abstract
This study aims to develop learning videos as visual media in the Arts and Culture subject to improve the understanding of 7th grade MTs students towards national songs. Video-based learning media is designed to be more interactive and interesting, making it easier for students to understand and appreciate the values of the national song. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model.
The results of the study showed that the CapCut application-based learning video had very good validity with an average score of 92%, high practicality with a score of 89%, and was effective in improving student learning outcomes, from an average score of 65 in the pretest to 85 in the posttest. The involvement of teachers as models in the video has a positive impact on student motivation, so that the learning process becomes more interesting and meaningful.
