About 2 years ago, we had to face and adapt to a new pattern of life, that is, each of us must be able to keep our distance and minimize our activities in the crowd because of the contagion Corona virus that must be faced by every individual. In various forms activities and in any interest, we are required to minimize crowd in one place, whether it's work in a field or community learning activities at any level, be it age, gender even to the point of interest. All activities must be carried out from home. By therefore, there is a new habit that has been created since the pandemic enveloped the world namely doing all activities from home, including learning activities for each path and level of education.

The pandemic is an opportunity for various fields to be able to make results of which later can help the community to be able to find a solution and be able to solve problem. Since the pandemic came in the life of all humans in this civilization, there are many parties who continue to create and build innovations to be able to support running of every activity in all fields. It can also build cooperation between various fields in a new copyrighted work so that it can be used by all humans in civilization today and even in the future. And in education; which is of course assisted by field of technology, has found a solutions that can be continuously developed to become an innovation that continues to develop for better, namely synchronous learning method and asynchronous learning method.

According to a source from distance learning empowerment that formed by University of Indonesia, these two methods are a form of ways of doing learning outside classroom. However, there is a difference regarding implementation. If synchronous learning model is a method learning is carried out with teachers and students present at the same time even though they are also present through different places because it is helped by technological sophistication such as through a conversation application or email to set up a meeting. While asynchronous is a method learning that allows both educators to be able to provide access to learning materials at a certain time or at any time and learners can also use learning materials according to their time they need. These two methods are even often used simultaneously at the same time, as for example by a university that is formed by lecturers and scholars. The lecturers will usually provide main material directly through online meetings that have been scheduled, then, for additional materials and assignments, will be given through structured online learning applications. Because a schedule is required well-organized, both methods were carried out or the method their learning is done by being dominated by one method so that can schedule assignments to test educators and both educators and teaching staff can schedule other things so that they can do or increase their knowledge and abilities. And because of this, asynchronous learning method is the right choice to be able to do it during a pandemic like today.

Sourced from an article written by Lew and Nordquist (2016), asynchronous learning is getting more and more popular even before the pandemic envelop the world. This is also due asynchronous learning method so easy to do. In addition, this method was created so it can help each individual to be able to learn more easily, and can become addition to modal learning. Asynchronous learning who so utilize the sophistication of technology requires both learners and educators to be able to learn and adapt first with technological sophistication so that it can increase the ability each individual with another field, namely field of technology. In the article that entitled, "Asynchronous learning: student utilization out of sync with their preference" (Lew&Nordquist, 2016) this asynchronous learning method is very helping students or scholars who are in the survey group for article writing. The article also found that every educator feels happy when learning with this method because they can add their insight in other fields because of technology that can build their schedule in their study activities.

However, it is different again in an article entitled, "Developing operational accounting competencies during the pandemic using emergency online learning" (Yanto, et al., 2021), the author of this article actually sees that learning with asynchronous methods can actually reduce the involvement of each student or students so that their power to compete each other also decreases. And because this has happened, every educational institution must also provide a more complete structure, better infrastructure by increasing technological facilities needed to carry out online learning because the pandemic period is unpredictable. In addition, the transition from conventional learning to online learning causes changes in the pattern of interaction between lecturers and students, as well as students themselves and between students and the facilities in their faculties. This also presumably can affect the quality of learning process and output. On the other hand, learning with asynchronous method also has advantages but also disadvantages. This is also due to need for careful preparation because transition to this learning method was carried out suddenly to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. And the survey results from a similar article also show that perception of students saying that what they get while doing online learning with asynchronous method is only getting an average competency that they should be able to learn more deeply if they study it in person. This is a complaint of the students.

Then, this was also discussed in an article with the title, "Doing time in the sociology of education" (Lingard & Thompson, 2017) that introduction of technology has led to a fundamental shift in relationship between education and time. This is also related to learning background and the way to learn gain knowledge and insight also experience changes so it is necessary to continue to be updated both in ways and facilities that supported by advanced technology. There is sophistication in today's technology updated from time to time, learning activities can also become increasingly perfected so that both educators and students can get results from learning activities in the form of insight similar to their offline learning activities, when before facing a pandemic. With this, learning asynchronous indicates that there are various advances in field of education.

However, this is also related to the fact that even asynchronous learning methods not so representative of social justice that is evenly distributed due to various facilities which must be qualified and must be owned by every student or student so that be able to carry out and carry out learning activities with the method asynchronously well and without a hitch. Social justice in question is ownership of both educators and students to the facilities and their ability to use technology. Implementation of learning activities even with the asynchronous learning method, of course, it must be supported by various applications and implication tips that support either from outside applications as well as from within the education provider institution itself.

Implementation of using application discussed in previous paragraph must be done at the right time and must have passed various trials in order to minimize various forms of errors during the implementation of learning activities later. Then, referring to the reading entitled, "The Practitioner's Guide to Global Health: an interactive, online, open-access curriculum preparing medical learners for global health experiences" (Jacquet, et al., 2018) as well as another article entitled, "Deconstructing the challenges and opportunities for blended learning in the post-emergency learning era" (Brown, et al., 2022). In both articles it is explained that, equipment and equipment to carry out teaching and learning activities asynchronously or synchronously; which in this article is discussed more on one of the methods that is asynchronous, it must be with the right equipment and supplies qualified, but his insight and knowledge of various online learning applications is the most important thing for students can carry out these learning activities. This is also because both educators and students are not required to be present in real time during learning, but can be present virtually so that this makes educators doubt whether the material they convey can be well received by them or not. The solution raised in this learning method is that learning time must be arranged and scheduled in a neat and disciplined manner so that it can easily provide learning material and value obtained for learners.

A thing that can be a big conclusion but must continue carried out and developed by both educators and student is, we must continue to be able to learn and then take advantage of various technological progress for various positive things, one of which is about the development of education. Education will continue to move day by day and develop due to the problems that occur around us, even world, so that each of us must continue to learn in order to adapt to civilization that will progress. This too must be accompanied by results qualified, namely in form of more and more future generations with insight broad and wise. Let's, together we create an advanced and insightful civilization large!
