Revolusi Stabilitas Tubuh: Mengenal Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
Abstrak :
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) dikembangkan oleh Prof. Pavel Kolář di Prague School of Rehabilitation, Republik Ceko, pada akhir 1990-an hingga awal 2000-an.

Abstract :
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) was developed by Prof. Pavel Kolář at the Prague School of Rehabilitation, Czech Republic, in the late 1990s to early 2000s. This method is rooted in research on infant motor development and the relationship between postural stability and neuromuscular function.
Inspired by the work of its predecessors, such as Václav Vojta and Karel Lewit, DNS is designed to restore natural human movement patterns that are often disrupted due to injury or bad habits.
DNS emphasizes functional movement patterns and whole-body coordination, as opposed to conventional approaches that only focus on strengthening specific muscles. Originally developed for injury rehabilitation, DNS is now widely applied in neurology, sports, and posture correction. This method has been recognized globally as a revolutionary approach in the world of health and fitness.
Key words: Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Movement patterns
