Definition of Sport

Sport is a physical activity carried out by individuals or groups of people with the aim of improving health, physical fitness, athletic skills, or just filling leisure time. This activity involves body movements, such as running, swimming, or cycling, and can be organized in the form of games or competitions. In addition, exercise can increase stamina in the body. Sports can also be done indoors and outdoors, examples of indoor sports: gym, table tennis, futsal and others. Examples of Outdoor Sports: Cycling, Big Ball, Volleyball and others. We can also access sports on the internet in this modern era such as viewing you tube, Instagram, Tiktok, and other applications.
