With the implementation of these routine activities, it is expected to be able to maintain the condition of the body of all residents of the Kemasan District to stay fit and fit and be able to carry out work activities optimally. In addition to obtaining physical fitness, gymnastics activities are also used as a means of making friendship between several levels of society.
On that Sunday, the community gathered at the District Hall to carry out cheerful gymnastics. This morning's gymnastics activity was not only attended by the surrounding community but also by BABINSA of the Kemasan District. This cheerful exercise was instructed directly by one of the students of the State University of Malang (UM) KKN (Real Work Course) who came from the Department of Sports Science.
