Nowadays, there is a new phenomenon which is growing interest in the social side of business activities. People are increasingly ecologically and socially aware and companies produce goods/services more effective and efficient. Companies have responded to the new social demand of their interest groups by implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions.

CSR have a wide range of practices, from respect for environment to the elimination of discrimination and abuse in the work place. These practices can be classified into four main parts: the recognition of and respect for basic human and workers rights, improving quality of work, such as continuous learning, a better work, job stability, etc., action in the area of outsourcing, actions related to changes deriving from company restructuring operations, owing to the social consequences of such operations.

One of the basic aspects of CSR is the fact that it is also implemented within the company itself, specifically in the area of human resources. Here, CSR spans a wide range of concept and can vary between the minimum requirement of respecting the workers' basic human rights and the implementation of policies that help employees achieve a work/life balance[1].

That analyze also occurred in a company that have been doing CSR program. Carrefour, a supermarket company has implemented the CSR program, specifically in the policies that give an achievement for their employees since long ago. They displayed a picture of the best employee include a manager, a cleaning service, a cashier, etc. The picture usually displayed at the side which many people could view like at the daycare items, cashier, etc. That all was being done by company with trust to improve their working better. And that really happened.
