This is the truth story & I success making a different tasted of Indonesia Traditional Food in here as they don't have completely spicy food like in Indonesia.
And my menu is Arsik Ikan Mas (Arsenik Goldfish), Rendang (Beef Rendang), Tumis Kangkung (Stir-Fry Water Convulsion), Sop Buntut (Oxtail Soup) & Kue Karamel (Caramel Cake).
They Love it & they also give me 5 stars & the best chef from Indonesia already cocked the food with free & love. I hope Indonesia government can help me to make it this traditional food to go to International as some people in the world still don't know about Indonesia Traditional Food.
