Recipe of Sujebi
Ingredients :
1. flour mixed with seasoning and water to make the sujebi dough
2. kimchi
3. onion
4. leeks
5. broth based on taste
6. garlic
7. enoki
8. seasoning
pros
1. boil the kimchi with the broth
2. after it boiled, add garlic, onion, mushroom, let it bioiled
3. then, add sujebi dough in a small size/bite size
4. add dish sauce, seasoning etc
5. add the spring onion, then sujebi ready to serve
