anyar

amidst the unknown and unexplored
a world of novelty is stored
with every dawn and every day
newness finds a vibrant way

the buds that bloom in pristine spring
with tender leaves and blooms that sing
the morning dew that glistens bright
a fresh start to a world of light

a newborn babe, so pure and sweet
their tiny hands and tiny feet
a life that's just begun to be
so full of hope and possibility

and as we face a world unknown
a place where growth and change have grown
we welcome all that's bright and true
and cherish every moment new

for in the newness of each day
there's beauty that we can convey
and though the future may be unclear
the newness of each moment is always near
